NC Colored Fair Procession
A sketch of people traveling down Raleigh's Fayetteville Street on their way to the first fair put on by the North Carolina Colored Industrial Association. This fair was held on November 17-20 1879.

Public Domain is a copyright term that is often used when talking about copyright for creative works. Under U.S. copyright law, individual items that are in the public domain are items that are no longer protected by copyright law.
