I used 3 of the images of the heads from this sculpture. I made a drawings about injustice in the world, claiming for justice for black and other minorities. If I give the references, author and title etc can I use my drawings?

This image is from the Digital Commons. As long as the drawing does not violate the license, it should be ok. Read under the image about the license.
